Shipping Area & Postage
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all our products within the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. overseas territories.
* Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses containing PO Box numbers.
Delivery Times
Orders normally deliver out within 48 hours during working days.
No delivery during weekends and holidays.
Please allow 2-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.
Delivery time is estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
An email will be sent once the order has shipped. Registered users can review order and shipping details in their TONA account. If you're not registered, track your order using the tracking number.
Sales Tax
Please note that sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the shipping destination and applicable local tax regulations, and is included in the shipping cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment or pick-up with no charge.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation may incur additional return or recall fees.
No modifications are allowed after dispatch.
Even if no tracking number is provided yet, the order may have shipped — contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Inspection & Shipping Damage
Please inspect the shipment upon delivery.
If the item is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery.
All damages or shortages must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
Notify our customer support within 48 hours of receipt for any claims. Damage claims cannot be filed after 5 days of receiving the item, so please inspect and report it within this time-frame.
Consolidated Shipping
When possible, we will consolidate multiple items into a single shipment to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
